September the 20th Quartz Forest Church
This month we are going to try something different.
Meet at midday at the midsteeple in Dumfries town centre if you fancy a walk through the woods with a picnic lunch.
We will walk along the “bank” to the beechwoods on the crag. Stop for a picnic (please bring hobbit food and drinks). Then carry on down into the Crichton to meet outside the chapel at 2pm.
There we will spend time in the gardens as usual, but with less walking and more sitting! We will finish at the central cafe to share refreshments.
Please let us know you are coming if your like us to wait for you at either gathering point.
The theme is “The road goes ever on” and we will read from exodus and the roads we encounter.
