Sunday Morning

The Rev Oliver Brewer-Lennon, Rector of St Michael and All Saints, Edinburgh took to the airwaves this Sunday morning as a guest panellist on BBC Radio Scotland’s Sunday Morning programme with Tony Kearney.

The programme, which is available to listen to here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m002g2v covered a variety of topics.

Rev Oliver joined Ravi Ladva, a member of Scotland’s Hindu community, and Rosa Murray, a member of the Roman Catholic Church, to discuss some of the big stories of last week from a faith based perspective.

The BBC programme description reads: “After the fallout of the inquiry into the inappropriate behaviour of TV presenter Gregg Wallace, they’ll be discussing how we justify our actions to ourselves and to others. Following the recent story about a girl who felt censored during cultural awareness day at her school, how do we define our own culture? And with the release of Justin Bieber’s new album, which references his deep Christian faith, our panel explore the long and fundamental relationship between music and religion.”
